1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CleanATS ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our tools are provided entirely free of charge to help you structure your resume for Applicant Tracking Systems.

2. Use License

We grant you permission to temporarily download the PDF outputs generated by the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform, scrape our content databases, or use the tool for mass commercial resume generation.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on CleanATS are provided on an 'as is' basis. While our formatting is rigorously tested against major ATS parsers (like Workday and Taleo), we make no absolute guarantees regarding job placement, interview rates, or algorithm bypass success. Hiring decisions ultimately rely on human evaluation.

4. Limitations

In no event shall CleanATS be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform.
